Touchpad Lever with Deadbolt LockPassage function: Once the lock is unlocked, the lower lever latch will remain at unlock position. The top dead bolt and the lower latch will be locked by pulling the lever handle all the way up from either side of the lock.

Storeroom function: Once the lock is unlocked, the lower lever latch will be locked automatically after closing the door. Free to unlock the lower lever latch from inside by turning lever. To lock the upper deadbolt and lever latch from outside, enter correct code and pull the lever up.

1. Can I reverse hands?
Yes. Our locks can be reverse left or right by rotate rotor, hands without disassembling the locks case.

2. Can I change the lock function from passage to storeroom function?
Yes, the unique and simple patented lockset mechanism is flexible to fit to passage or storeroom. The simple change instruction will be provided without charge, if requested.

3. How hard is it to install the lock?
It is very easy to install. We provide free charge door preparation jig and strike position locator to help you to install our locks.

4. If there are 2 cylindrical holes on my door and center to center distance is not 5", can I use your locks?
Yes. you can purchase a step up deadbolt position gear box at $20, plus shipping and handling fee. This gear box can help you to install our lock to different door preparations (center to center holes distance of 4",4.5",5.5" and 6").

5. Why my burglar alarm sounds?
The burglar alarm will sound when emergency key is used, if the batteries or electronics are operating normally. The alarm will sound for 10 seconds and quit for 6 seconds. This cycle will be repeated 8 times.

6. Why does red light will glow?
Red light will glow when a wrong code is entered.

7. why do both Red and Green do flashing and Beeper alarm sounds?
Both Red and Green are flashing indicates that the entry has been attempted with an incorrect code 3 times. Beeper alarm activates after three incorrect codes are entered, and blocks further attempts of entry for two minutes.

8. How long do we need replace batteries?
We suggest every two years (for the keypad model), and one year (for the remote controller model), even if the yellow light does not glow. To remove the battery housing: insert tool in the pinhole at the center-left of the inner escutcheon, depress to release and remove the housing, replace batteries.

9. Can we use chemicals to clean or polish our lock?
Do not use chemicals or abrasive materials to clean the lock.

10. How can we open the code cover?
Insert tool into the pinhole at top right side of the escutcheon and depress to release code cover.

11. How can we unlock, if we can not release the lock by digital keypad?
You can use Emergency Key in case of battery or electronic failure. The keyholes is located on the outer escutcheon near the doorjamb side. We suggest do not use Emergency key as a mechanic override key, please fix the electronic failure as soon as possible.
