Policy
Return Policy:
- Unless it's defective or damaged in shipping, All returns must be
made within 30 days of purchase, un-opened in its original package with
all accessories and printing materials included.
- No refund allowed after the 30 days period. Only repair or replacement
is acceptable.
- Call us at 626-369-0350 to arrange the return. No return will be accepted
unless you call us first and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#). Print the RMA# on the returned box. We will reject any
return without a valid RMA# on the return box.
- Wheel pads, Repair and/or cleaning refill kit is not refundable once it is opened.
- Original shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all returned items shipping prepaid.
- We will replace any defected or damaged product. All other returns
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

CD/DVD Repair Pro Limited Warranty:
The warranty from CD/DVD Repair Pro, excluding accessories,
are warranted to the original consumer, that they shall be free from defects
in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty will be
void if the unit is used for commercial purpose.

Privacy Policy:
It is our strict policy that your personal information, including name,
postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address is private and confidential.
The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered
to you in the timely manner. We will never provide, exchange or sell personal
information to third parties.
